we are

Disabilitas Berdaya Indonesia is a youth-led social initiative founded in 2023 with a mission to promote inclusive employment and empower persons with disabilities through education, psychological support, and job readiness programs.

EMPOWER (Growing Skills and Confidence)

  • Led online inclusion campaigns with Abang None Jakarta, UI alumni, and HR mentors — reaching 6,000+ audiences.

  • Launching “Disaber Mentorship Online” (Dec 2025) — mentoring on CV, job readiness, and interview preparation with professional volunteers.

PROVIDE (Building Foundational Access)

  • Supported 42 beneficiaries at Yayasan Sayap Ibu through basic needs donations (2023).

  • Conducted psychological needs assessment for 41 children at Yayasan Bakti Luhur (2025).

  • Designing integrated psychological & career interest and learning journey with 2 Jakarta mental health institutions to strengthen inclusion-based assessments.
